Darice Index Paper (50 pack)

index paper, bought for a school project (like student cards for Plickers if you are familiar with that app). Some postcard paper is quite thin or has an odd texture, but this paper is as thick as the back of a quality greeting card and is smooth. I wanted the paper to be stiff enough not to bend when being helped, and that helped. Quality paper, great price. I was happy with it and I think you will be too.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Hard to remember but it was high quality

Light gray paper instead of white

Very disappointed with this "standard" paper. First, he's not white. It's light gray and matte. I posted the photo next to another piece of white paper to show the contrast. I wouldn't call it the quality of "maps". I would return it but I've already used up a few sheets and due to the lighting in my room I didn't immediately realize how boring it was until I placed a piece of one of the sheets next to the other white paper I have. and then i noticed it. I should have looked at Revain for a…

Torn like carbon paper

I bought "Cardstock Paper 50pcs Sheets 8.5" x 11" I did some tinkering with it and practiced with carbon paper before wasting cards I was about to use was to ruin .This paper is a bit thicker than the carbon paper I practiced with.I'm new to needlework so I figured I just need thicker card stock and bought the wrong weight was EXTREMELY noticeable. The 65 lb Postcard in store looked more like the birthday card I was looking for would definitely return.

Pros
  • Looking forward to
Cons
  • Reliability

No cards for handicrafts

I ordered this item because I needed index material to print price tags for consignment sales. Labels must be printed on card stock so the labels will not tear when pinned to clothing. This is not cardboard at all, but thick paper. I was very disappointed because I couldn't use it for my original intention. I was able to use that for some invitations and fact sheets for my essential oils, but that's about it. I definitely should have read the reviews more carefully - I would have ordered…

Pros
  • understandable also for the old ones
Cons
  • No instructions

I use it to make various decorations in my class and I love it! It was packaged well, none of the corners were bent and it was even double sealed to ensure it didn't get wet on the way to me. This is thicker card stock than regular printer paper and is exactly what I needed. I use the remaining pages (50 in total) for the wedding games. I tested it with Papermate pen, marker and ink. The only bloodshed was the Sharpie, but it was really good and it still looked GREAT! I will reorder the product

Pros
  • cards
Cons
  • concise instructions

Not "cards "

I admit it. I've seen negative reviews, but I've also seen that this "white" card stock was "Revains First Choice" for white cards according to product reviews. Warehouse. I love giving products the benefit of the doubt, which is why I bought them. This paper is nothing more than a 65 pound card. I bought a 65# card from a copy shop that is suitable for laser printing. She was of high quality. Thick, heavy. I printed out pictures on a printer and then pasted pictures onto postcards. This paper…

Pros
  • Crafts and sewing
Cons
  • Crumpled

If you are a paper snob, this product is not for you.

Advantages: Neat cardboard. Worthy is the keyword. Passes well through the printer. Cons: Not bright white. shiny hand. Light weight for 65# paper. Notes: I bought this paper to complete a large project. I've read other reviews and didn't think the comments about this paper not being "genuine white" mattered. Until this happened. I used Wausau Papers Astro Brights 65# white card stock. When I pulled this Darcie product out of the box they didn't compare at all. Astro Brights were true whites…
