This Darth Vader treetop is perfect for every Star Wars fan but one. You have to press a button every 5 minutes to turn on the lightsaber as it is battery operated. Except that it's battery operated and shuts off after a few minutes, requiring you to press a button to restore the coolness. Love, love, love, love. I bought with a gift card I received for my birthday and fell in love with this charming Sith Lord. He was worth every penny. He doesn't come with batteries, but once you put them in you can press the button on his cape and his lightsaber will glow (red). It's really cute that the fabric of his raincoat has a small pocket sewn into it for a box of batteries. I can't wait for Christmas to set up my Star Wars tree in my Star Wars TV room while Lord Vader reigns from above.

I say OK the dart is absolutely adorable but it hasn't worked since I got it. I usually attribute this to a single defective item. Darth's lightsaber didn't catch fire at all. The wires were broken. The seller refunded me the money quickly so there was no real risk. However, last year I also bought Yoda, and he stopped working this year. AGAIN the seller refunded my money which I really appreciate but I can't help but feel that these particular treetops aren't that well made. Sad! I loved Yoda!

GARBAGE! I was so excited when I found this item that it came as a surprise to my son who has endured the top of the Tinkerbell tree all his life. Looks great on my tree. The lightsaber did not light up but thanks to Revain's amazing customer service a new one was shipped very quickly and it works great. The only problem is that the ON/OFF sticker is stuck to Vader's cloak so it was difficult to remove any residue (but you definitely want to remove the sticker because it's red and sticking out on the black cloak). The rest of the item looks great and the lightsaber is brighter than I expected. I'm not sure how the timer works or if…
