🔧 Non-Slip Aluminum Replacement Throttle Lever for 2009-2021 Polaris Sportsman 450/550/850/1000 ATV by Dasen Review

After my cheap plastic throttle on my new Polaris broke, I ordered this and never thought I would have to buy another one. Really well done. Don't buy plastic substitutes. You won't be disappointed. Two minutes (or so) for the installation. Off and running.

This lever is well made but has two flaws that don't match my 2010 Polaris Sportsman 550. It works if you cut off the screw. Like I said, that will work, but it's not very suitable.

Fits my 2021 Polaris Sportsman 850 Premium with a small adjustment, the screw was too long. There's nothing a Dremel tool can't fix. It took less than a minute to trim the screw. The longer thumb throttle is stronger and longer than the cheap plastic that comes with the quad. Ease of installation.

After 2 broken plastic levers I've had enough. This fitted straight into the 2012 Sportsman 850 EPS. The swap takes about 10 minutes if you don't have to remove the switch and locate the spring in flight. I had practice with two broken plastic bottles so I avoided it. this time.

Ok not perfect for my Polaris turns out I like it better. The shaft is a little longer, my husband wanted to remake it, but it's more comfortable for me, it's lower and easy to install. The plastic original gave up on that and broke off with normal use, but with this aluminum we shouldn't have that problem anymore.
