Excellent - one stop shop for BI reporting! You get access to a library of pre-built reports and the capability to generate customized reports.

All the tools are included - works with any DBMS and supports all common database types. As a user, you can customize the look & feel of reports and templates. Reports are easy to export to PDF or excel. I am impressed with how intuitive the system is - so far I've only used it once, but the end result was exactly what I expected.
