Great customer management tool and easy to use

I like that it works with my PDA so there is no need for paper printouts or having all those extra pieces hanging around after each pick up! It's not as user friendly (yet) but this software has made our lives easier by eliminating some manual labor tasks from getting done which allows us more time doing what we actually do best - making sure customers are taken care off properly at every step along their journey throughtout FMCG distribution centers. Has helped increase revenue by confirming deliveries

The ease of integration with our POS to track freight and help to confirm load. They will call to confirm the delivery at the time the driver says he will be there. It helps confirm the load and the driver. The interface is not always easy to navigate, and they need to fix the problem of the mobile device not accepting the app. The solution is not always user friendly.   • There's really nothing much for me personally as far goes positive feedback from my side or experience using date x foot print wms.It wasn;t very difficult but still required some training before getting used properly by employees in order achieve success.The program works well once installed correctly into an organization network however ,there were issues which made work cumbersome so overall i would say its wasnt worth while
