This is junk! I honestly don't know if it's safe to cook in it. After rinsing it off quickly upon receipt, it immediately showed rust and metal splinters.

The pan is great, but be careful of the sharp edges on the bottom when removing the slices. Discs scratch fairly easily, but that's to be expected. In general, it turned out to be perfect for miniature cheesecakes!

I have a restaurant/bakery and we use these mini pans A LOT! We love this pan for many reasons: quality, size, durability, heat distribution, very easy to remove filling from each hole, price! Recommend this mini muffin/cheesecake/cupcake 100%

Poor quality metal. The bottom holes remain rough, as do the bottom inserts. I expected the food product to be safe and hygienic. Rough edges can easily cut the skin, use care when handling all pieces and may damage other items it rests on when placed in the box.

I was very happy to get this product. I. Ordered 2 to make a mini cheesecake for a party. The portions were large and didn't run out. It was good in all respects except that: 1- very difficult to clean 2- impossible to keep the discs safe AND the breach of contract that forced me to return both trays: 3- I seriously got my hands on two places cut. He's so sharp. If you don't mind, this is a good buy. But I'm picky about what I serve guests, and my damn fingers aren't into chemistry.
