    drywall speakers! Really

    So much fun I'm making my own now. Just that. A great pain to do. I liked the clay stuck to the wall behind the picture.

    I love finding the right finish and it's amazing. Large trash can at bottom center. Excellent. The closet door is good too!

    GARBAGE! 1 of 4 working

    Ordered 4 pcs. One worked for about 2 minutes, one was DOA, one was used and installed on something so the glue didn't work, one was as advertised.

    Cool science project, but poor speaker

    Speakers feature low-mass, high-flex cones for a reason. Installing a driver on a pane of glass (my shower screen) creates a cool effect because the glass resonates, but when you're in a shower with running water you don't even hear it like the speaker that was outside the shower, which isn't good had worked.

    Love the exciter hate the idea of ​​a foam speaker

    It's a lot of fun to play around with and can be very versatile. I tried making one of the levitating speaker panels out of pink foam and ended up being unimpressed. I followed all the instructions and advice to make it sound as good as possible and it still sounded like a tin can. I replaced it with a 4x8 sheet of foam and it helped a lot, but the sound quality isn't particularly impressive. I personally found it sounded best on the underside of our wooden table.

    Sounds surprisingly good, depending on what you mount it to.

    Very easy to install on any surface. Before placing it on a surface, move it around a bit to find the spot that sounds best. The sound really depends on how dense the material is. The performance definitely cannot be compared to a regular pair of speakers. I made the mount out of 1/4" clear acrylic so I can move them around whenever I want. With some EQ adjustments, they sound pretty good for what they are.

    Amazing performance for an inexpensive device

    I followed the youtube videos and built a set of 2x2 speakers using these drivers. I had a small amp that I used for my PC sound system. At the same time, the sound was bright, but seemed weak in the bass. I had a passive subwoofer so I added that but the bass was still weak. I decided to swap out the amp as I didn't know what the power output was. It made a big difference, the sound became rich and crystal clear. I used an old receiver as an amplifier, set at a fairly low volume. It turned out
