It's identical in every way to the Robus CC-001 center column, which typically costs about $50 more. Adjustments to bulky headshots. When loosening the collar, there is always a sticky tab. This doesn't interfere with the operation of the column, just a little annoying. Otherwise, workmanship, materials and design are first class.

I bought this DC-364C center speaker for my Leofoto LN-364C carbon fiber stand and it fits perfectly. I have been using the LN-364C carbon fiber tripod for almost a year and I use it without the center post. The tripod is great, but I've always had trouble raising and lowering the camera without the main stand because I had to adjust and reposition all three legs. The speaker should have been included in the price I paid for the tripod! That's why I'm only giving it 3 stars.

I bought this shortly after receiving my LN-364C from Leofoto. I don't use it when shooting landscapes. Sometimes I like being low and the center column can get in the way. However, I do photograph real estate and portraits. In such cases, it's good to have the legs installed and be able to quickly adjust the height of the camera on a flat surface. It has the same quality as a tripod and is the perfect combination. When working with real estate and portraits, I don't mind that the center column
