Product seems good enough and could do the job as a bin except for the horrible smell that comes out as soon as you open the packaging. We've tried Febreze spray, fabric softener sheets and aired them overnight to no avail. I never put them in my closet next to my clothes, let alone put clothes in there to absorb that stench.
