It worked for us!: Household goods

We are satisfied! The application is relatively simple, much worse expected. Once it was cut the worst part was the bubble/water removal process so it would fully adhere. If you're looking for a way to add some privacy without losing all the light coming through the window, this works and looks very nice when applied!

Very pretty and easy to apply.

very much. Let's let in lots of light. You can see something through, but the image is cloudy and distorted. You see outlines, that's all. I love the design and the reusability. Very easy to apply, just dampen the front and back and use the squeegee. Not as much as in the photo they posted though. I think my photo speaks for itself.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • The list will be long. I like

Ideal for diffused light.

I didn't use my lamp in the traditional way as a privacy screen with a window - I used it to diffuse light in a project I was doing. For that reason I can't verify if it's easy to install or not as I haven't installed it on a window but for the price it's a quality product and very durable. Great design too. I see if you were to use it on a window it would certainly obscure the view in the bathroom etc. Recommended.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • High price

Easy to apply and matches most decors

I'll admit I'm not particularly mechanical, but this window film made my job easy. The window I installed it on is at the top of my arched tailgate. I measured and cut the outline, then poured water over the window, peeled off the backing and began installing. With the help of a razor and a ruler I cut off the excess film. I then used a plastic squeegee to remove bubbles and excess water. viola, great! Can't rate window sticking as it just got installed.

  • Feels good

Good product! suitable for window stickers and films

The product works perfectly. Complete privacy when more than 12 inches from a window but letting in plenty of light. Be sure to remove the transparent film as instructed. I used window cleaner, a mop, and a dollar store utility knife. I was able to cover most of two windows with one roller. I bought this template especially because I liked the look of the cut ice in the example. Very easy to reproduce, just cut out the grooves on the foil with a utility knife once it dries overnight and peel…

  • I hold my fists

Looks good but terrible to install

Looks good BUT. If you're a perfectionist and hate vinyl like I do, you'll especially hate how difficult it is to cut. If your razor blade isn't perfectly sharp, it will bind and break. It is also very difficult to flush if the edges of your window are coated with silicone. It will stick before you're ready and if you stretch it will leave permanent bubbles. It won't be perfect. You definitely need an assistant, and the assistant must have headphones for any subsequent screams and curses.

Pros
  • Looking forward to it

I want to use them on every window!

I'm in love! I ordered them for our front door. We were renting and I wanted something that could be easily detached when moving without leaving any damage. It was easy to put down and I loved it so much I ordered more for the bedroom windows and front kitchen windows! I am breastfeeding and the front kitchen window looked straight into the living room to my chair so my husband couldn't even tell if I was sitting in my chair or when I was in the kitchen. Now I can leave the blinds open and let…

Great Window Film

This window film looked so good on my kitchen side door. I wanted to keep all the natural light but not necessarily look at the security door or brick wall from the outside. This film looks good, lets light through and hides an ugly look. It wasn't too difficult to install, but it's smaller panes, I could see it's a bit tricky on a large window. I read reviews and consulted with other buyers. Luckily I put it in the kitchen so I cut it apart (cutting straight was the hardest part for me)…

  • Easy Installation

Looks good needs patience

Love how it turned out but it took a lot of trial and error and I ended up finding my own way to stick with it (hence 4 stars instead of 5 ). I would suggest throwing away the instructions on the box and doing this after washing your windows: 1. Pre-measure and cut. Trying to cut your hair afterwards is a nightmare. Measure the exact size you need, then cut it a little smaller to leave space between the window and the frame to allow the water to escape.2. Remove the protective film and spray…
