🌊 25-Feet Deep Blue Professional ADB12296 Silicone Air Tubing for Aquarium (Assorted Colors) Review

I bought this to use with sponge filters in 4 of my 6 aquariums. I've been using it for about 3 months, everything is fine. I didn't have blue wash as another reviewer mentioned and the tubes aren't very noticeable in the tanks. The main reason I got this was because the traditional snorkel was too stiff for me to attach attachments. This silicone hose solved that problem for me. It is very easy to sit on and remove various attachments very easily.

Pneumatic hose, standard size, very elastic, flexible, bright blue. Sizing was just right for a nice, snug/leakproof fit for my air pump, air distribution system, and airstones. I found the tubing easy to machine, bend and cut. It's great for connecting air pumps to sponge filters, making drip adapter kits, and anything you need flexible air hoses for. I want to warn you about one thing: this can be pretty tricky. I love this stuff. The best part is that it's flexible. 100 times better than the old transparent tube that had its own idea. I originally bought a bigger pump than I needed so I tried drilling a few holes in this hose to reduce the amount of air going into the aeroston. I made what I thought was 1000 holes in the tube just before attaching it to the pump. NO reduction. Is this tube supposed to have superhuman healing powers? Soft, flexible tubing that is much easier to handle than the cheap, stiff, clear tubing commonly found in pet stores. One benefit for me personally was the colour, as I feel it blends in better with my tank - HOWEVER after only 10 months of use the blue tint dissipated wherever the snorkel was in the water. It's clear now. I have a 55 liter freshwater aquarium. This is disturbing for more reasons than one; 1. One of the main reasons I bought it was the color, and 2. My concern is that what they
