Description of 🌬️ DEEPCOOL AS500 Plus CPU Air Cooler: Universal RAM Height Compatibility, 140mm PWM Fans, A-RGB Top Cover, 5 Heat Pipe Design for Intel Core/AMD Ryzen CPUs

Does not hang over RAM slots for full compatibility with taller RAM modules. Powerful TF140S FDB fan with PWM support delivers excellent cooling and quiet operation. Five 6mm heat pipes efficiently dissipates heat into a high fin density heatsink. A slim 48mm heatsink offers flexibility for a dual fan setup while keeping great RAM compatibility. The A-RGB top cover provides a low-profile underglow and is adjustable through RGB software or the included wire controller.

Years ago I switched from a big Noctua DH-15 to a Corsair 115i Pro 280mm AIO when the air cooler couldn't handle my I7-8700K overclocked to 5MHz. I've now switched to an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X and have tried two Corsair AIOs and can barely keep it below 90C with underpowered Precision Boost overclocking. I've seen reviews that say these multi-heatpipe air coolers work really well on Ryzen 5000 dies. So I tried this much cheaper solution and it WORKS. First I forgot how quiet a good air cooler is…

Ryzen 5800x cooler is the best computer component

Awesome cooler, especially for the price. This keeps my Ryzen 5800x below 78c even when gaming and overclocking, which is very satisfying, especially since it's an air cooler. HIGHLY recommended for those with hot CPUs that need proper cooling. Pros: Pretty quiet unless you're stress-testing your computer, but not even super loud. GREAT cooler for the price, it honestly outperforms many AIO liquid coolers currently on the market (similar if not better cooling than Noctua). RGB assembly. Cons…

Great performance for the price

This cooler really is a good choice when it comes to price, performance, size and installation. It's not as huge and heavy as the really hard big airs, although it's very high. Make sure you have enough free space in your suitcase for its height! I can't speak to Intel's experience, but the AMD Socket AM4 memory engine is fantastic. One of the easiest installs I've ever done on a secondary radiator. The included fan is pretty quiet at full speed, so I'm not worried about it slowing down in…
