The balls of my feet hurt

My shoes looked comfortable and flexed well. So I figured it would be a good walking shoe. The problem is the manufacturer didn't use good enough cushioning material to absorb my 250lb weight on the ball of my foot! The ball of the foot is very floating at the moment. The designer had better start using the best soles that absorb the impact on the balls of people's feet. So I was very disappointed because the shoes seemed comfortable until I walked a few blocks! Please fix the inside of the…

Good value, comfortable casual/dress shoe

I have been buying Deer Stags and Soft Stags for several years now. They fit well, are light and comfortable. Slip-ons are great for travel and that's why I like them. They're not as durable or well-made as shoes that cost twice or more, but they're good value for money and are comfortable and easy to slip on and off for airport security. I probably wouldn't choose them for high-end events or closets, but for everyday business, they're more than adequate. Another plus is that they don't change…

Not the best pair of shoes in the world

Not the best pair of shoes in the world but overall I would recommend. I like to buy slip-on shoes for the days when I'm only in the office. I'm a tall guy who doesn't want to tie his dress shoes every morning. I often find it difficult to find slip-on shoes that are wide enough for my foot. Despite the simplistic looks and mediocre leather materials, I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and reasonably comfortable these shows are for the price. The biggest complaint is that the sole is a…

6 Month Loafers & Slip On Shoes

First Thoughts: Loved the look, loved the feel, loved how easy they are to wear. I took it lightly, only wearing it three to four days a week, mostly sitting down. When I used the walker, I would change into my running shoes, so they rarely got any further than my office or my car. After about six months, the front tops began shedding material, revealing an ugly taupe underside. I liked the shoes while wearing them, but I will not buy them again. Shoes that are so easy to wear should last at…

Very uncomfortable Good for men

Worn once and had to return. They look good enough, but my goodness, they're uncomfortable. The size is not wide enough, in addition, the shoes themselves are very uncomfortable. I've eaten with venison before and they were comfortable. It was terrible. Avoid.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

like walking on air

The most comfortable shoes I've ever had. My first pair lasted over 4 years, I expect the same wear and tear from my second pair. Great price compared to my first pair which I bought from a local shoe store. I have a large width which is probably why they are so comfortable. I don't usually buy large sizes, but this shoe fits great so I'll stick with the size. (if it ain't broke don't fix it)

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Very satisfied. the best among slippers and loafers

Very comfortable material that resists abrasion when I was on my knees or hit the edge of the door. True to size but with a high toe which I prefer. Slip-ons are neither loose nor too tight. As they are not lace, they are best worn with a shoehorn on the heel; then the heel sits well in the shoe again.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Durability

Just like Ekko but cheaper!

I've been wearing Ecco shoes for decades because my broken ankle isn't healing well. Their shoes have always averaged $150. But they are the same as Ecco, with the same quality of leather, but at half the price. A big PLUS is that it comes in more sizes than the Ecco and comes in one large size! WHAT A FIND!

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • Do you need an outlet

IT HURTS A LOT! among men

Right now I am speaking with a huge pain running through my left leg. I don't know why or how, but there is a METAL ROD sticking out about half an inch that was hidden UNDER the plush insole itself. I put on the correct boot, it was tight but seemed to fit well. Still seated, I put my left hand on as they do when checking our shoes. The insole hid the presence of this METAL tube. I jumped out of my chair feeling like I had my left heel pierced! I understand that manufacturing errors do happen…

Poor quality shoes

Do not buy this shoe. I had my doubts when I saw the price but took the risk to buy them based on the reviews. The shoes are very cheap. The top started wrinkling the second time it was worn. This isn't leather, it's some sort of plastic that started peeling off after 3 months. The lining was very thin and after 2 months I started to feel the hard plastic sole. The sides were not properly constructed/reinforced and became very weak and unsupportive after 3 months of regular wear.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Some flaws
