Bought for my grandson. He wears 5 1/2 in different shoes. I bought 5 1/2, they were too big. I returned them and bought 4 1/2 that were too big. We kept them because I'm sure they will be too small in 2 months. Can't complain as the price was right for a baby who is growing fast enough not to wear down clothes.

My 8 year old had no problem wearing these shoes at this brother's wedding. He wore them for about 6 hours and never complained or asked to take them off as usual if they were uncomfortable or hurt his legs. They fit perfectly so they don't slip, I was a little worried about the fit and sizing but everything was just like except.

These are sturdy shoes. And the sole has no grip. I had to add an insert. The style is great. but the stuff is pretty cheap (which you can get for $20) so it's HEAVY! I had to put an insole in the sole because my son complained that they were too hard. and not comfortable. I ordered a size 7 and he is a 6 1/2. I'm glad I made it so he wears thicker socks and added an insole (I got them from his sneakers while we were out. I'll add a better one next time). So, order a size 1/2, let your child…
