I've been using it for a few months now and there is no noticeable difference compared to other body washes other than it costs 400% more than a readily available garden quality body wash like Dove Men + Care ($0.30/oz vs. $1.25/oz). I love this soap. Does it have a strong smell? You bet. It dries you out a bit. Yes, maybe a little more on your hands. I have athlete's foot that has spread to my hands for about 5 years. After trying everything on the market, I almost gave up. I decided to try protective soap before breaking down and going to the doctor. I used one bottle (which lasted about 3 weeks) and wow what a difference. My skin is almost completely back to normal. I would recommend it to anyone who suffers from athlete's foot or spends a lot of time on the mats and wants to take preventative measures.
