This LED light is amazing

I love this triple multi-directional light. It is much brighter than a conventional LED lamp, screws into a normal socket and lights up the room as if the sun were shining. It's easy to provide brightness with an E26 base

I had two cheap single bulbs in the workshop. I was fed up with expensive, high-wattage incandescent bulbs that only lasted a few months. Even with them, my eyes struggled on small projects and I used table lamps or headlamps to illuminate my work. I considered replacing the lights with fluorescent or LED tubes, but then I found them. Can't comment on durability yet but I really like this one

I have a 1970's house with a 2 car garage. I've seen many houses like mine with a single power outlet on the ceiling in the middle. Seriously, was there an incandescent light bulb back then that could adequately illuminate a garage this size? When I bought my house in 2000, CFLs were just starting to become popular.
