Good cable management but a bit stiff

This item is great for charging points in new cars. Allows you to connect to the network without having a 3" cable wrapped around and in the way every time you need to pick up your phone and get out of the car. I took off a star because it's stretchy enough to charge and use your phone. I grabbed my phone without thinking and it slipped from my hands as I picked it up. No breach of contract terms. Still great for in-car cable management. just something to be aware of.

Good design, charges well, but MUCH shorter than advertised

Good: This is a durable nylon braided cable which I believe increases durability. The connector ends are solid and most importantly I can charge my Galaxy S8 even when using the screen in Google Navigation. The Bad: Although the description says 60 inches, it should be the length of wire unwound. With a strong braid and the overall gauge of the cord, it barely reaches 28 inches in my car, and in fact I had to manually thread it a few times to get it to do so without putting undue force on the…

Melting Computer Accessories & Peripherals

I used this charger for a few days after receiving it for my iPad. It was actually very strange that the end of the charger that fits into the device melted. I don't think it was hot enough outside to melt the plastic in the sun. Then I looked around to see if anything might have touched it. Hoping it was just a glitch, that melted stuff could really mess up my iPad or new car dashboard.

Slightly disappointed

I thought the reversed plugs would reduce the chance of short circuits. I was wrong, after only a month of use as a car charger, it has a short run time. So while I'm driving my phone keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. This makes it very difficult to charge the phone. Worse, my phone needs to be connected to show directions on my car's touchscreen. That means the directions keep disappearing as you drive. These boardings are dangerous.

So close, but if you're using a phone case, look elsewhere or prepare for changes

Everything about these cables looks very good except for one critical moment. I love square corners as they fit where others can't. However, the right angle to the phone should be longer. The angle does not allow you to put the connector on the body. Anyone who buys such a cell phone should have a protective cover with them.
