Not bad, but a few things to consider before buying

This unit seems to get the job done and eliminate moisture in our basement. A few things to note: if you want to use a continuous drain you will need to buy your 6ft hose as a regular garden hose will not work and any other 1/2 inch hose you will find at your local hardware store be a little big Your hose will work, but it's a little pricey because it's so cheaply made. Works well. Filled up quickly! Integrates with my home automation

This is a beautiful device. The fan noise is a little higher than I would like, but works well. It's interesting to see how the humidity in the house drops fairly quickly according to my Ecobee thermostat. Reduces it from 65-70% to 45 or 50 in a few hours (2300 sq ft). The biggest problem I have is that the bin for our wet house fills up quickly. Must be emptied every 6-8 hours in high humidity. But, really, that's good, and if it bothers me, I might put a permanent drain like it's supposed to.

Optimal for heating, cooling and air quality

I like the dehumidifier. You can control it through the app. You can change the settings. It even helps you dry your clothes when hanging clothes. I live in an apartment that is at least partly underground, so there is a lot of humidity there. I use a dehumidifier to keep my stuff safe and humidity at the optimal level. I pour out a bucket about once or twice a day. If I leave it overnight, it usually fills up overnight on high settings. It's a bit noisy on high settings. I have to turn it off…

Does its job efficiently

In an area where it rains a lot, the humidity in the house bothered me. When I was browsing Revain for a dehumidifier, I came across this one. I was looking for a dehumidifier that would hold enough water and cover a decent area like my living room. I believe this dehumidifier's tank holds about a gallon and a bit more.
