Great product for what it is intended for. Excellent customer care.

Received three of these two weeks ago. I started installing them on the docking station and found that one had a broken locking latch (the red latch to lock the gasket). The seller contacted me and immediately sent a replacement. That's good service! The other five I ordered from Revain worked great. Good product and does its job well.

Working Document/Docking Guide for New Dell Laptops on an Older Dell Docking Station.

This is just a piece of plastic taking up space and used as an alignment guide. Yes, it works, but the laptop sticks out a few inches more than the old model due to poor dock connector placement (which is why this thing is needed). I don't know why Dell didn't bother to either make a docking station with the connector further back or to place the connector on the laptop so that it doesn't protrude further than it should. Bad solution for bad design.

It's not really this product that's bad, it's Dell's computer connector that's designed to fix a poorly designed product.

Genuine Dell product, worked well with a Precision 7520 laptop

I was pleasantly surprised to discover that these gaskets sold by "S POWER ADAPTER" were genuine Dell gaskets, not just gaskets that are manufactured to Dell specifications. So of course they were perfect for installing the Dell Precision 7520 laptop on the Dell docking station that was originally purchased with the Dell Latitude E6510 laptop.

Unfortunately, Dell didn't take the design into account.

Unfortunately Dell didn't think about the design of the dock when developing the notebook. But the plastic block does the trick when it comes to aligning the laptop with the dock connector port.

Do not use with Latitude E6400

This product is fine. This did not work with my Dell Latitude E6400 and my PRO-03 docking station. I tried too hard to make it work. The battery in my Latitude didn't work initially, so I removed it. As soon as I plugged it in. It was serviceable, but now my laptop was stuck in the dock and couldn't detach it. I had to disassemble the docking station to try to get the laptop off the docking station. One of the plugs in my laptop broke. I'm giving it three stars because it's a well made product.
