💻 Dell New Laptop Charger 45W - AC Power Adapter for Dell Inspiron & XPS Series - Includes Power Cord Review

Although the description says this charger works with the Inspiron 13 7386, it doesn't fit. I have to send the second charger back because of an inaccurate description!

Purchased in February 2020 for my Dell 2018 Inspiron 15 5000 after losing the original charger and over a year later it's still working. Never had any problems charging. I guess it's just a stroke of luck

This product represents Dell OEM. I doubt it. It didn't charge my battery. Every time I connected I got a notification that it was unrecognizable. My IT pro and I followed all the steps recommended on Dell.com for factory reset, uninstall, etc. Nothing worked. I finally bought a new one from Dell and it works great.

Dell saves the day with this great charger and they're incredibly smart, including an adapter in case you have a different sized plug that's compatible with the same model in the latest versions is offered. . Dell OEM shipping. So pleased and happy, and what's best, even after I lost my other adapter, the battery stayed at 100% the whole time until I ordered this one. Says Dell is great!

My Dell charger broke and I wanted a replacement. Doesn't that look like a genuine Dell charger? The middle connector with the slots for Part 3 is different than what I got with my new laptop. Tends to fire the outlet when I first plug it in, even when the laptop isn't plugged in (unless I split the charger in two first). But it does charge my Dell Inspirion 14 5000.

I connected the charger to the correct Dell 3558 system model and the system gave me an error message saying the charger is using the wrong voltage. The battery, which previously charged 100%, stopped charging immediately and is now draining at a rate of 10% per month. Although batteries fail over time, the error message is not normal. While this may be due to a bad battery, the system still works well and doesn't display a charger error message.

Bought this charger and was very happy with my purchase for about 6 months. However, it no longer charges my battery. While I understand this is a much lower price than a new Dell charger, I expected it to last more than 6 months. I would like to double check my review if customer service contacts me as I have not been able to contact anyone for a replacement. I will update my review when I get support. Many Thanks.

When I finally got it I was glad I didn't need it right away. (But that's another story, and my review is just beginning.) It came in plain, unmarked packaging with nothing but a Revain inventory sticker. The product says Dell, but I seriously doubt it is. To me it looks like a fake. I'll spend another $20 and get the original directly from Dell. Don't risk the power adapter failing or ending up saying it's incompatible if it's not charging. This is a great power supply, but it has a critical design flaw. The cable connected to the laptop's power port is weak and fails within a few months. I've been using laptops of various brands and models for 20 years and I've never had so many failures. Dell, HP, Acer, Lenovo. My Dell workstation is solid with excellent network connectivity which was very solid. With THIS Dell is my personal 2 in 1 laptop, I'm on my 3rd power supply in 1 year.
