I bought this to use on a 32 inch Dell Ultra Clear monitor. It mounts well, has absolutely no impact on mounting the monitor to the stand, and keeps the docking station upright. I had a real bear time figuring out what monitors this thing is compatible with, but I ended up working with it anyway. Not disappointed.

If you are using a wall or desk mount this will not work. Kickstand release mechanism keeps corners tidy. Only the fastening material is not included in the kit. I expected more from Dell. Don't waste time.

I bought a Dell u3419w monitor for my office. I have an AsRock Deskmini computer. I wanted a clean office setup so I went in search of a mount. This bracket is technically designed for Dell docking stations. However, if you go to a hardware store and grab an 8/32 nut, you can think of this mount as a mount for mini computers like the AsRock Deskmini or even an Intel NUC. to get it working but I just put the screws in the holes and used the nuts on the back to hold the screws in place. The raised square in the middle of the side monitor bracket prevents the Varidesk connector from being flush with the bracket/monitor and not snapping into place. I also thought I had a P-series monitor, but actually I have an E-series monitor and it's not compatible with either. My bad, but just FYI. The tabs that fit into the back of the monitor are too far apart or the wrong size. but since there are no other options available, I might submit it for consideration. Fully patented Dell mount…

In my P2319H this mount is amazing. The monitor is still rotating. I'm really happy about it, I'm absolutely thrilled! (You may need to replace the docking station screws with something that has more clamping force.)

Easy to install. Included on the Big Plus side is an optional wall mount for the included docking station. Once installed, the docking station sits behind the monitor, making it transparent. He removes all cables from the table. What to do: Bundle up all the cables, upgrade to a wireless keyboard and mouse. Looks high tech

Due to some issues with the D1000 we have started using Dell WD-15 docks instead of D1000 monitor docks. The challenge was to get the WD-15 docking stations off the tables and make them look "cleaner". These adapters come along and do the job well. My only complaint is the price, $30 is a bit high for a small piece of formed metal. But otherwise they work fine.

Including two brackets. One to attach to the back of a Dell monitor which I don't have and the other to attach to a wall or table. I attached it to my desk by drilling holes with my own hands. The only negative is the guilt of throwing away another perfectly usable brace :-).
