Superb work computer

Great working computer. Unlike my previous Dell. It has almost everything I needed at a reasonable price. Good keyboard but no backlight. NO touch screen. Too bright. With minimal lighting, black letters turn gray. My sensitive eyes prefer low light, but I had to compromise to keep the letters darker. I like that I can make the cursor bold and black. All in all I would buy this notebook again.

There's a good chance you're going to get bad

Out of the 10 ordered, 1 had a bad USB port and 2 required a complete reinstall of Windows. I usually returned bad installations, but they were needed for new employees, and others did not have time to order on time. I will not order this model again.

Powerful laptop with known port issue

Great laptop. The only issue I had was that the charging port would disconnect causing charging issues. I had to settle for that because it would take weeks to send it in for repairs. After reading online reviews, this is a common problem.

Good business unit suitable for traditional laptops

Fast computer startup and shutdown. The pointing device (pad) was a bit sticky on the left/right buttons at first, but that seems to be smoothing out.
