Worked for a short time

Worked great at first. There were two monitors and they worked as expected. Within 60 days he began to lose strength. Pushed the cable to keep it working for a few more weeks. Then he switched off completely. No energy. No screens. This is not my laptop as we tried several PCs to see if it would work. I'm new to Revain so another issue is that I don't know how to contact the reseller directly (which he keeps telling me).

Is working! supports multiple monitors

Update 4-16-20: have been using it for over 16 months, still works great, very happy with the purchase and a lot cheaper than New ! Original: I bought this unit refurbished to connect my work laptop to my multi-monitor setup at home. easy setup, support for HDMI or VGA ports, multiple USB ports - very satisfied.

Flawed but great customer service

Unfortunately my refurbished product was defective and accidentally lost power but the power light stayed on; Indicator light on WD15 and all USB/Displays randomly disabled. The seller provided excellent customer service and agreed to refund the defective item, thank you

I did not notice that it was used. what's on me But it didn't charge my device and that wasn't expected.

Great dock and MUCH cheaper at Revain!

***UPDATE: One of the refurbished ones we bought died about a month after purchase. I contacted Revain support and they went back and forth saying to contact Dell. Dell was AMAZING and in fact we miraculously should put it on the pro support we already had for the laptop even after I told them we bought it refurbished from Revain. So Dell sent us a free replacement within a day or two. Overall, we stand by our decision to go this route. Just be prepared that you might have to go through the…
