Computer without power cord

I bought this for my mother. I was annoyed because it came without a power cord. No, who sells a computer without a power cord. I then had to order a power cord and wait until luckily it arrived the computer worked but risked having to stick with a probably non working product if something went wrong due to the wait to get the power cord to test, which is not the best experience.

Very helpful customer service.

Bought 2 pcs One installed straight away and works great. The other had some issues but I was able to call support and a tech helped me reset it. He was very patient and helpful. I'm sure that once I reinstall my programs everything will be smooth.

It is a pleasure to work with PrimeTimeBuys.

Product as advertised. Problems with WLAN and Bluetooth adapters. They sent a replacement but they didn't fit. They react very quickly. Eventually, they recommended buying their own adapter and refunding the money for it. I strongly recommend the seller to solve this problem and work with me.

Be careful - Wi-Fi does NOT work on a 5GHz network and will drop out after a day. No replacement.

The computer works so I give 2 stars. My problem is that the WiFi adapter stopped working after 1 day so I contacted the seller. They told me it's because their WiFi adapter is a single band adapter and doesn't work with my 5GHz home WiFi network. Your answer didn't explain why it worked fine during the day and wouldn't even connect to my 2.4Ghz home network. At this point I realized that the seller was trying to tell me that the WiFi adapter was just a piece of junk and that I should just buy…

Avoid Blair Technologies, bait and switch

If you purchase this product make sure you are not purchasing from Blair Technologies. My computer was supposed to come with an SSD but it was a regular HD instead. Of course I didn't find out about this until 6 months after purchase, when I contacted the seller I was basically told they wouldn't do anything for me as the 90 day guarantee had expired even though it was their fault. . I doubt it was bait as the HD failed after only 6 months. I'm glad I found out about this before buying the 5…

Very good refurbished PC

I hate spending money on a new car. I found this at a very reasonable price. I had no problems with that. Nothing fancy but more than met my needs. For creating documents, presentations, web surfing and basic software applications. Good for the price.

Absolute rubbish! on computers and accessories

Absolutely not worth the money. The product has an incorrect description on the website. The wireless adapter is problematic and will not connect to the internet. The DVD optical drive doesn't work either. The car I received is noisy and full of cosmetic damage. Condition should not be listed as "very good". The MST seller was extremely unprofessional. They have not responded to any of my requests. Not recommended at all.
