A part was missing but was resolved to my satisfaction.

The computer does NOT have a DVDRW as advertised, but everything else has been tested and is working properly. He arrived on time. I contacted the company for a DVDRW and they asked me if I wanted an internal or external DVDRW. I asked for an internal DVDRW and installed it - even sent pictures so they could measure the correct device, but when the part arrived it was an external DVDRW. In the end, despite the confusion, I am happy with the purchase.

Blue Screen of Death

Unfortunately right out of the box it gave me a blue screen and some errors according to the Dell diagnostics software on the computer. I have to return this machine and start over as 'Reconditioned' models do not allow replacements only refunds. I was disappointed with this purchase. This hasn't happened often with my business purchases. I kept a copy of all diagnostic information in case anyone wants to see it.

Great product and customer service!

The product corresponds to the description. I had a slight problem with the product after installation but after contacting the seller they responded very quickly and replaced it. I have purchased refurbished computers from several vendors in the past and this purchase was by far the best in terms of quality and customer service. A++
