The company stood behind their product!

We received our screen and the stand didn't fit properly on the base. Looks like a problem with the screw. We contacted the company via email and they immediately replied that they would send us a new stand and base. We received a new one within a few days. Appreciate the customer service attention given and supported by this company to their product!

The monitor is described as "used " with possible signs of wear. but arrived in perfect condition.

Tekbuff has presented the condition of this used item as conservative now that I have received it. The box was edible, but the monitor inside appeared to be in excellent condition. Thanks Tackbuff

Very well made monitor with a good selection of ports and a clear, bright and modern screen.

This monitor is one of the best professional 1080p monitors I have come across. The screen is very sharp and clear, the inputs (VGA, Displayport and HDMI) make it easy to set up multiple monitors, the simple OSD and navigation makes it easy, and the VESA mount makes it easy to set up multiple monitors. Fully justifies its price and will definitely buy again.
