I needed a monitor to connect to my MacBook Air for work. It took me 10 minutes to get everything out of the box and connect to my Mac. I'm using the included HDMI cable to connect to a Dell Multiport Adapter (not included). I found this particular monitor by searching YouTube for recommendations. I have it as a backup monitor. It's of reasonable quality and the price was reasonable too. But some concerns: 1. The back of the monitor is cheap white plastic. Looks a bit worn from the outside 2. The monitor has no height adjustment. So if you use it with multiple monitors, you'll get stuck at the same height.3. It's HDMI only, so if you have Display Port, you'll need a converter cable.4. It's fine as a backup, but that's about it.

The initial setup for my PC with HDMI cable did not work, no signal was displayed. I've tried different HDMI cables with no success. I've tried all the fixes I could find on the web, to no avail, flipped the cable, unplugged and plugged back in the power cord to no avail, held down the power button to clear the cache, nothing trying to install drivers.
