I've had this mouse for almost two months and have had to change the battery 4 times already. Thinking the batteries were defective, I bought new high-capacity batteries. In less than a week, my mouse was already dead. I've used many wireless mice over the years and typically don't need to change the battery every few months at most. I do not recommend this mouse to anyone.

Just plug the small adapter (that's what I call it) into the USB port on your laptop or desktop computer. But the battery that comes with the mouse is ready to use.
