This was my first experience with this type of connector. I also bought the matching crimping tool and the installation (four connectors) worked fine and looked original.

I have used Delphi weatherproof connectors in the past and they snap in well. Unlike those cheap copies! I don't mind paying for what I get. I don't want to be deceived! it's garbage

Added 2 speakers to the 2019 Starcraft pontoon boat. These connectors/clamps matched the connectors on the boat wiring harness and made installation very easy and professional. A little pricey but I'm happy with the product.

They fit perfectly with the project I bought them for. They lie close together and need to be protected from the elements for a long time. They require more effort to assemble than most cable connectors, so they should only be installed by someone with electrical knowledge.

For the most part they work as advertised. For extra security I soldered the wire after crimping. My only issue with them is that the metal inserts are sometimes not fully centered in the plastic case. I used pliers with round needles to push and pull just enough to fit the connectors together.
