🔧 EG10169 EGR Valve by Delphi Review

is terrible, I usually complete your products, but not this one. Had to fit an old EGR valve that was better than this one.

didn't work, the car spent 30 days in the shop because they thought it might be the computer, so after flashing the computer twice and the same code came up again I decided to try another EGR VALVE, and it worked.

Sometimes the aftermarket is right for your car, sometimes you should stick with the OEM and that's exactly what this product is. Also, the seller sold it at a very good price.

This Delphi EGR valve failed within a week of installation. The vacuum connection was just as leaky as the exhaust side. Diagnosing was a real nightmare and cost me several hundred dollars to diagnose at the dealership (since no one expected a new EGR valve to fail right away). Spend the extra $ and buy an AC DELCO EGR valve instead.

The product was defective, after replacing the old engine light came on again. After spending $300.00 to fix the problem but to no avail. Went to the auto shop, spent another $200 only to find out this part was defective, they put in an old car with an EGR valve that works great now, no engine check. Light. Worst experience I've ever had with Revain. Warranty expired, lost $95. Total cost $595.00. Should have been $95.00!

I had to return the first one I bought because it didn't work and caused a new problem. The car had an EGR low flow code after I put the first one in. I sent the first one back and the second one has the exact same problem. I took the whole system apart and looked for anything else that could be causing the problem and found nothing. I ended up buying a different brand EGR valve and the problem was solved. Very disappointed in Delphi, DO NOT buy this part.
