Delphi uses winding process techniques to control the length of wire between adjacent windings. That’s important because more length results in greater voltage differences, which in turn create more pressure that could break down the insulation and wire coating. Delphi's ignition coils are engineered to Original Equipment specifications. Delphi's ignition coils are designed with proven materials, such as high quality wires and wire coating that resists the cracks, pin holes and imperfections that most often lead to failure issues. Epoxy vacuum techniques reduce air bubbles in the epoxy, because having fewer air bubbles increases the epoxy's insulation quality and reduces the chances of energy punch-through failures. Delphi's coils are designed and endurance tested to resist the common stresses that cause failure.

Quality replacement

Just what I needed to fix a misfire on my 2009 Chevy Aveo Lt 1.6L. My old spool snapped, that seems better. Ease of installation. Car started, works great. Very happy with this purchase!

The coil pack worked well on 2011 Chevy Aveo 1 cylinder misfire

put this coil pack (amazon stock offer) - for 2011? Chevy Aveo - worked like magic - had dead misfires in cylinder one - this Delphi pack still works fine - it was Delphi stamped too - so hopefully no problems in the future!

I like it, I had ordered the same part off eBay before and it was junk, junk. I wasted my time waiting for him. But I ordered it through Revain and it worked great from the moment I put it on. Top quality. Matching spare part for Chevrolet Sonic 1.8l. The Revain website claims this is not the part.

Top quality! Apply dielectric grease to the bushing and exterior surfaces that enter the motor during installation to ease installation, seal, and facilitate later removal. I found a Delphi P/N on another site and then searched for Revain and found it for $20 less than the competitor. Revain didn't show this part in my many searches and then found it didn't fit. Ryan is wrong! Several other websites list this for the 2016 Chevy Sonic 1.8L. The piece looks perfect and my idle is smooth as silk…
