I wanted to give this bag 3 or 4 star's because it wasn't what I wanted. that would be unfair because I got just what they are showing, It's heavy duty canvas bag. I wanted something with a zipper and opening across the top but this as you can see in the ad, open's from one end. I make shooting targets out of PVC pipe and I wanted a bag to hold all the part when you break it down.It does that very well so it does gets 5 stars from me

First of all, the color looks more brown than olive green to me. Second, the bag has small stains all over it, it looks like it’s oil stain? Seems very sturdy tho. Returning due to the stain.

Used this bag from moving to a different place. Extremely durable and it was able to hold two hundred pounds comfortably. The strap sits high so you'll have to wear it with the bag under your shoulder if you have large shoulders/and or taller/bigger person.

Extremely durable — I got this to transport 1/4 plywood around in across the city for a project, and it held up well. This plywood had sharp unfinished edges and probably would have sawed through other kinds of bags after 1-2 trips. It’s also worth mentioning that this thing has a huge capacity. This bag is an amazing buy. I bought two of them to store our 8 foot Christmas tree. I haven't packed the tree (no, it's not still decorated!) yet but I think that when I take the tree apart (three pieces) it may take only one bag. If that is true, there is no way that I would return the other one. This bag is so well made, 'heavy duty canvas' is an understatement and the carrying strap and ring crommets are military strength. We wanted to take some camping mats with us on a trip and needed a way to minimize how much checked luggage we were using, this worked beautifully! The dimensions are exactly as listed (50x30 inch). The material is a very durable canvas that was thick enough we had no reason to believe it might tear or wear out quickly. The size was enough to hold two camping mats and the clothes/misc. goods for three people. This is within American Airlines checked baggage limit and did NOT cause any oversized

I bought this in a LARGE (42-inch X 12-inch X 12-inch) as a replacement for my folding cot cover which was taking some wear and tear after a year (cot pack size 41"x9"x7"). It was a tight fit lengthwise, but I was able to get two of the grommets clipped on the top. I had plenty of room to spare widthwise.CONSTRUCTION & MATERIALS- I was impressed with the thickness of the fabric and the quality of the seams and grommets. The only single point of failure that I can foresee is the clip at the top.

I used it as a gun bag, to put several rifle carrying cases in and secured it with a lock. It was tough enough to slide into the old truck bed for an interstate move without abrasion and showed no signs of wear or strain while carrying about 200lbs of gear; even on the seemingly small hardware. It tried to drag the ground when slung over my shoulder because the strap goes from the middle to the end but would probably be good for tent and tripod duty.

I bought this bag for a rather strange use. I use it to gather firewood at my hunting camp. Saves a lot of trips. Works great. Very heavy duty bag. I expect it to last several years.

Inexpensive large duffel good for a variety of purposes. I use mine to lug around our pack-and-play and it works perfectly. Would be a bit too large for me to use in everyday traveling. Quality is excellent.

I took this on a Cub Scout trip to the Franklin Institute and was able to haul 2 sleeping bags, 2 yoga mats, 2 camping pillows, a backpack, and 2 winter coats. On my next camping trip, I am sure I will be able to carry 3 sleeping bags, pillows, and a tent. For the price, this is an easy decision for keeping the family's stuff together on multifamily trips and for avoiding multiple trips back and forth to the car (the bane of all men).
