I have had this mug bought from Selfridges London for 25 years and it has always been my favorite mug. The round shape of the bowl with a pot-bellied belly prevents splashes when standing or stirring, the rim is perfectly grooved so you can drink without dripping, the glaze is nail-proof, it keeps the coffee hot and the base is very stable. I was very happy to be able to find another one and now that I know it's the same size as my original (handmade, this one may not be) I'll be ordering more.

Okay, I love Denby cookware. I wanted a linen placemat for everyday use. I'm used to Denby plates being 12 inches larger so I just assumed the 'Dinner' plate would be the same size as my other set ie 'Denby White'. My plan was to order a "flip" set and add a "lunch" plate if I alternatively wanted a larger plate. Just a slight difference in size between a "Flip" plate and a "Dinner" plate, the dinner plate is perhaps a quarter inch larger. Barely noticeable. So I was glad I only ordered one…
