I needed to replace the foam in an old but good recliner chair and was looking for a firmer cushion. This cushion was perfect and made the chair look better than the original. Now I can keep my comfortable chair for several years longer. Also, some of the foam has an odor that wasn't there. It's also compressed and doesn't take long to expand. Very happy with this pillow.
