Great filter except for the installation arrow. It would be helpful if the arrow were labeled to indicate the direction of airflow. Denso never answered my question about the correct installation of the filter in my 2002 Camry.

This filter is very thin, I thought it was an original part for my car to replace after sale. However, this was a mistake. The Breath Easy was much thicker and bulkier. This item is very thin, it will bend and leave gaps.

nothing special. It looks like it has significantly more carbon in the picture than what you can see in person. Fit was good. You can use extra insulation around the perimeter for a better seal. If I buy another, I'll take the cheapest activated carbon filter that fits.

The filter is perfect for my Lexus RX330. I usually use the Fram CF10157 and have found the Denso to be much thinner (and therefore very light) compared to the Fram. I can't say if it filters the air as well as the Fram, but I would have preferred the Fram's considerable thickness of paper material and weight over the Denso. However, this Denso is cheaper than the Fram.

I am convinced that Toyota and Lexus will remove these filters from the Denso box and repackage them into their own 'Toyota/Lexus Genuine Parts' box and then >40 % to calculate. In addition, cabin air filters are the easiest way to DIY your car. At best you will have to remove 1 screw from the dash to find the filter bowl. Save yourself $30 at work and change yourself.
