🆕 Denso 471-1169 New Compressor with Clutch: Enhanced Performance and Reliability Review

I ordered this part first. He went to another address but returned. I had to order the package again. It took WEEKS to receive it. WORSE, THIS COMPRESSOR WILL NOT FIT THE 1996 TOYOTA COROLLA AS SPECIFIED! I'm stuck with a new compressor just sitting around!

Fits 1995 Geo Prizm 1.8L (despite what Revain and even Rockauto say it isn't) because 2 engines used for this model and year The EXACT SAME Toyota engines are (1.6 L +1.8L) used for the Corolla. I noticed that the mechanism I installed reused the old top plate, but it works great.

Very good compressor, fits my Toyota Corolla perfectly and works very well. It came with the oil already added (2oz), all I had to do was remove the temporary hose connection plate and install the plate from the old compressor, it also came with zero rings, gasket and instructions.

This compressor includes a new clutch, PAG oil in the compressor, new o-rings for the connections and a new gasket. It also comes with a Denso installation booklet if you have any questions about how much oil to leave in the compressor etc. Installation on my daughter's 1997 Corolla was as easy as any other compressor I've ever installed and it fit perfectly. I also installed a new receiver/dryer along with the compressor and now the air conditioning works great!
