In all 3 packs they go 1/3 of the way down and previously good picks will sag and become unusable until a waxed string is used - often the string breaks! Be careful with the pickaxe, the tip will break off and may get stuck in your teeth or gums. Nothing compares to a tiny piece of sharp plastic between your teeth! It's really terrible. Do not buy or use.

The "silk thread" item pictured was not a received item. The "dense teeth" version we received has ribbon floss but it doesn't last more than a few teeth from experience with the same product I previously purchased through Revain from another seller. I was hoping that the item i ordered is very identical older version with silky floss compared to the thicker floss which breaks so easily.
