The second time the item was NOT what I ordered. I have ordered several Dentek floss kits from the online catalog which have a fine floss and a very sharp tip with fine needle points. What I got twice was a very thick dental floss that didn't fit between my teeth and a very thick toothpick with no needle-like prongs that didn't fit between my teeth either. Look carefully at the selections I made, they are different, that's why there are so many in the catalogue.

As dental floss they are great. However, my issue with these toothpicks is that they come with an advanced fluoride formula. Some people may need it, but I don't. I spent a lot of time trying to find Dentek fluoride free dental floss. These samples didn't show any indication either on the packaging or in the product description, so I bought ten packs. I have been using Dentex floss heads for many years and this is my favorite type, Comfort Clean. It is easy to use, the thin thread makes it comfortable to wear, it feels good between the teeth, not too thin and not too rough. There is also a lock pick that is useful for removing plaque. The reason for the 4 stars is that the pick seems a little wobbly and can break easily. The pointed tip broke off several times and got stuck between the teeth.
