I have stage II kidney disease so I really needed to find a deodorant for my health. It is healthier than Crystal or Toms and works better than Lavanila or Toms. I'd say it works just as well as a crystal but doesn't contain aluminum. Not sure if dialysis patients can use it as I think they need to watch their magnesium but for Stage II it's perfect. I've been using this deodorant for about a week now and am very impressed with how well it works, especially as it doesn't contain baking soda. On the advice of another reviewer, I put it on right after my shower and let it dry completely for a few minutes before getting dressed. It seems to keep the deodorant from getting on my clothes.
