Don't think it's enough to protect my dryer lid. I used it briefly once and looking down it was clear that it was heating up and causing lots of steam to heat up the top of my dryer. Returned immediately.

Gave a star because the quilt pattern is visible on the clothing. The FAQ says no. But it is so. I spent most of my time ironing out the quilting pattern. Very frustrating. The rug is a great idea but I can't use it. so a star.

This product allows you to iron directly on the dryer, so you don't have to set up your ironing board for a quick iron. It also protects the top of the dryer from scratches. The only thing I forgot is that my dryer's connection screen is on top, so I folded the mat and it fits well. I'll just turn around to iron.

I love the idea of a soft ironing surface that attaches to the top of the dryer with magnets to make ironing and touch-ups easier. However, my one-off has a large curved seam on the ironing surface where two pieces of silver material have been joined instead of one solid piece. In general, it's not that big, so a 2/3 seam unevenness seems completely unnecessary. It leaves marks that get pressed into some of the things ironed on it. Also, the diamond quilt pattern throughout leaves quilt marks…

On first use I found it left a shadowed imprint on my dining table. There is no indication that it should be pre-washed and the picture on the box itself shows it being used on a wooden table. The print is permanent, I need to restore my desk.

We ordered two of these panels to protect the top of our new washer and dryer. I never thought I would love her so much! I love the magnets that hold them in place. When we travel I take one with me in case I get too lazy to use the ironing board at the hotel :) I'm sure there are other uses but I use them for that. Good product!

This ironing mat is perfect for a small apartment as we don't have space for a large ironing board. Okay we did, but I'm too lazy to pull it out when I just need to quickly flatten my collar before work, so having it already on my dryer really comes in handy! It has strong little magnets that hold it in place on metal so it stays in place very well and is made of high quality material. I am very happy with it.
