Arrived on time. They answered my questions about the product. Came with Windows Pro which was nice. Appears to be well built. Metal would be better than plastic, but that's okay. Everything works fine, the speed is normal. Build quality will show over time but from what I've seen I would buy again.

I've played around with the name a bit nobody knows and I'm happy to report that it went well. It's not exactly a laptop to write home on, but it gets the job done I want it to. If it's your budget I recommend it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the trackpad. Unfortunately, this doesn't work the way we'd like it to. Scrolling on this trackpad is unreliable. Sometimes this works, but often you have to move the mouse. It used to click, but I think I accounted for that in the settings.

Picture quality is worth the price, I let my kids play on this computer. I don't use it for travel, so I don't have a battery life review. It warms up, but the temperature remains stable. While I'm not afraid of overheating, I played 5 straight hours in one day. My son is happy that he has a cool red laptop. It's as light as my HP touchscreen laptop. A $400 laptop shouldn't be that slow. It takes forever to change the background and other settings. My 6 year old Apple laptop is faster than this one. I wouldn't recommend this laptop to anyone who doesn't have the patience. :(

I've had it for a few months now and it works great! It's fast and I had no trouble getting my work done. The screen quality is really good and everything works as it should. My teens used this for school work and they loved it! Video calls went smoothly! I would definitely recommend this laptop to students. It has a good battery and is light in weight.
