Not very tasty. I dilute it with about 12 ounces of water. It's really good for my weak tendons, doesn't help them get worse and helps them get a little better.

It's cherry flavored robitussin but I add sparkling water which makes it more like cherry punch. It's worth it despite the taste (it's actually not that bad) and I highly recommend it.
