Best draft oil I've tried

This product does exactly what it's supposed to do. You switch it and the oils will pull any bacteria out of your mouth, then you spit it in the trash instead of the sink to avoid clogging the pipes. Just common sense. You cannot swallow this product as you will ingest all the bacteria that are extremely harmful to your digestive tract and YES you will likely end up in the ER. Weird concept and taste

I love Desert Essence products in general, but it's a seesaw and a miss. The essence of oil pulling is to rinse your mouth with special oils to cleanse it of impurities. This is a very simple process that should be easy and the flavor should be mostly neutral. However, Desert Essence really took this concept to something that I just don't think is worth even at such a cheap price point. Hygienist suggested pulling I was scared

when my hygienist suggested I try to pull to reduce bleeding gums when it got pricked it sounded awful. Take a teaspoon of coconut oil and gargle with it for about 30 minutes? It sounded nothing more than awful. A) it sounded very uncomfortable putting it in my mouth B) like I would breathe like a mouth breather.
