Put this on my Daily Corvette in December. Began to fall apart in May. By July it had dissipated, leaving only glue on the tunnel slab. The reflective layer is long gone. Complete waste of money

Installed on the Corvette in 1999. The material is of good quality but the screw holes match. I had the option of trimming it to keep the lines smooth or creating a crease to line up the holes. I left with a wrinkle as if it wouldn't show. I would still prefer a perfect fit.

Heat Shields received but not yet installed. I wanted to show that the product shown in the Revain listing is not a C6 Corvette heat shield. Instead, look at the picture in this review to see what you're getting. The long parts are parts B and C and the short parts are parts D and E. I assume the Revain picture is for the C5 Corvette. Once I have installed and tested them I will be able to update this review.

Luckily my friend has a lift. I wouldn't do it without it. It's not summer now, so it's going to be a real test, but it's certainly brought the temperature down in the console's storage area. I only removed the exhaust pipes in the front and had enough space to install stuff. I had another heat shield from another project. and added it above the mufflers. It also helped lower the temperature in the back of the vault.

I purchased a DEI kit to lower the internal temperature around the tunnel/center console in my 2011 supercharged Callaway Z06. The instructions were pretty clear, although they said parts were labeled, which they weren't. It is very easy to tell which part goes where. Can be installed by simply disconnecting the X-pipe from the exhaust coils and center hanger without having to completely remove the X-pipe. I hope this kit combined with the internal thermal insulation material will really reduce
