I am a nurse who uses this scale primarily for biometric health screening. I've had people advance twice in a row and always get the same reading. This is easy to calibrate by placing the dumbbells on the scale and checking that they weigh accurately. I find it accurate and love that it goes up to 550 pounds as some people worry the scale won't be high enough. Highly recommended!
