Misleading ad description, not as advertised.

. I ordered warm white with white cord (2 sets). In the Revain advertisement, several descriptions describe the "Eight Modes". Nowhere is it indicated that the white kit ONLY has a constant "ON" or a single "MODE" flashing all at once. The switch on the back of the solar panel is a single switch with two positions (ON or MODE). Very disappointed that they do NOT have eight modes as advertised as we prefer the "Flicker" mode which is available on all other kits we have purchased and we have…

  • IDEAL LENGTH: 100 LEDs is the most popular length for most projects. If you need to cover more space, just add more strands. This is a better option than leaving an extra strand.

Don't waste your time and money!

We bought 1 set despite bad reviews. It seems to work well, but not as bright as we'd like. We bought a second set to complete our new grille because we really gave them a shot! But after 2 months they accidentally stopped working. We continued to fiddle with the power adapter to ensure they were getting adequate sun exposure. After 3 months they all stopped working together. Other solar lights we bought at the same time work great even on shorter days! We are so disappointed and missed our…

Important Note: Full sun throughout the day is required for the lights to work properly

When I first used the lamps, after "conditioning" the battery (exposure to the morning sun for 3 days as per the attached instructions) I gave a 5 star rating and found : These bulbs work great for outdoor lighting, far from an outlet. Well after using the flashlights for a few weeks I have to downgrade my rating to 2 stars. If you have an outlet nearby and can use (much cheaper) replacement bulbs, do so.
