Great when it works.

Now I've driven 2000-3000 nails with this gun. I also had to clear more than 50-60 traffic jams. While it's good not to run the supercharger, if I had to do it again I honestly wouldn't buy this gun. The time and convenience savings saved by not having to run the air compressor generator was offset only by the time it took to clear clogs each time a strip of nails ran out.

Pros
  • Power and hand tools
Cons
  • Big and bulky

A little heavy but super comfortable.

This nailer works well. However, it will get you a job because it's a heavy sob. You need to be careful when loading the nail sticks to make sure the head overlaps properly with the previous stick or you will end up with a joint. Another thing he struggles with is ring shank nails. tries hard not to lead them to the end and not to bow their heads. but apart from these shortcomings, I could not imagine life without him. the nice thing is that you don't have to lay a hose for every job.

Pros
  • Nailer
Cons
  • Expensive

Powerful but heavy for nailers

Love not having to pull the compressor when I need some nails and this thing runs really well even for a long 3" 16s. Not as good as an air gun , but pretty good. However, it's quite heavy. For example, I wish they could drop the weight by a pound or two. I have a 16 ga Dewalt shotgun and it feels right. It also takes a second or two to set up the engine is ramped up to ram speed, so if you're safe and using mode #1, which means you have to nose in to start the engine, then sit and hold that…

Pros
  • Nailers and staplers
Cons
  • Damaged
