Like the cord length 25. I checked the lights in the house to see how hot it was just getting warm. Thanks to the slim design, I was able to get into hard-to-reach places in the engine compartment of the car. The hook can either be pulled out or folded to the side. On the back is a magnet with a switch. Overall a great product.

We bought this fold down light for ranch harvesting. The power source is outside so I bought the unit with a 25ft cord. I attached it to the outside of the building and through the door jamb. And it hangs well, but it can be moved as needed. The handle also has a 120 volt outlet. So far very satisfied.

product works great and would like to give it 5 stars. If the magnet turned on as intended, there would be no problem. I would like to contact the seller to ask them to send it to me, but I don't see a way to do that. I have already disposed of the packaging, so I cannot return it. There was nothing in the box when it was dropped, so I know it wasn't there.

Replaces a 20 year old fluorescent emergency light that was used in the garage. The new light is VERY BRIGHT (too bright to use under the dash; I will use my old light there). An extended cord works great in a large garage (no need to find another extension cord). And the socket in the handle is a bonus. The only possible downside is the plastic hook for hanging the lamp. It seems a bit flimsy for emergency lighting. But light is a great value.

Very bright light, quality cord, magnet worked well. Almost too bright for some applications, but if you're working outside at night or in an attic it really brightens up the room. Very little use and then after a year just warmed up and the light went out after two minutes. Didn't fall, just hanging. At this price and little use, I would have expected a longer lifespan. You might have better luck with yours.

Everything works right out of the box. Nice and bright. The magnet is strong and sticks well to the engine bay. As mentioned, the hook is plastic, but it seems durable if you treat it with common sense. The price seemed fair compared to other similar products. I let it run for a few hours to make sure it worked. Plus it works cool; I no longer get burns on my hand like I used to with incandescent lights and the brightness and color temperature are much better than fluorescent lights.
