Exactly what I expected

Good quality. Works as it should. A bit confusing to implement but managed. It's not necessary to reflash, so it's normal for me.

There are no installation instructions, metal wires fall off when trying to install.

No assembly instructions. I know it looks easy but when I tried it the metal bars fell off and I got lost! I've tried enabling them and figured out how to set them up to use them. Did not work. I'm not worried about a refund, the time it takes to pack it up and drive to the UPS store isn't. It is not worth. If you have not paid for this item and are reading my review my advice is DO NOT BUY IT. Use the stick and make your toast over the open fire. much easier.
