I've been using it for about two weeks now. I have oily/combination skin that is also dehydrated and this product seems to do exactly what I need. It is a rich cleansing oil. The consistency is more like an oil than a gel, unlike some other oil-based cleansers on the market. Glides easily on dry skin with slight warmth. The scent is subtle and natural. This is DHC's best cleansing oil for people with oily or combination skin. It's not as greasy as their olive oil cleanser. It does exactly as described. Removes make-up and dirt. It really reduced the size of my pores. I love the scent that smells so natural. My face has never been cleaner. I little goes a long way. I use a pea sized amount and rub it all over my face. Then I add some warm water to massage in and rinse off with a warm washcloth. It makes my face soft and clean. No oily residue.

This is the problem. It came from a seller (and I wasn't aware of this when ordering) who was in Japan. I am located in the USA. When I bought this direct from DHC it was a larger bottle and the contents were almost 1/3 larger. It was a very small bottle and I hope it's the same product. Looks like yes, but not sure. I would NOT recommend ordering from a Japanese seller unless you live in Japan. It took 3 weeks to ship and I'm disappointed that it's not as big as a product I can buy in the US…

I've been using this pre-cleaner for many years and never stop using it. I used to only use it as a makeup remover but now I use it every time I wash my face. It helps remove sebum and sunscreen and my cleanser works better without drying my face. I like it more than the original DHC cleansing oil as it washes off without leaving any residue on my oily skin. I'm pretty fickle with products, but I've never found anything that outperforms this cleaner.
